Founders
Dr Calum Watson
CTS Co-Founder | Owner and Principal Floss Family Dental
Dr. Calum Watson graduated from Griffith University in 2010 and began his career serving in the Royal Australian Air Force. In 2015, he established his first dental practice with a mission to champion high-quality, ethical dentistry.
Initially a sceptic of CEREC technology, it wasn’t until 2019 that he fully explored its capabilities and discovered the profound impact it could have on patient experience. Since then, Dr. Watson has become a passionate advocate for chairside dentistry, dedicating himself to educating fellow clinicians on its benefits.
After reconnecting with Lingaiah at several continuing professional development (CPD) events, it became clear that they shared a common vision. From this mutual passion for education, CTS was born—a platform committed to advancing clinical excellence through collaborative learning.

Dr Lingaiah Dronavalli
CTS Co-Founder, Owner of Dakabin and Everton Hills Dental Clinic, Value Dental Care Shareholder
Dr Dronavalli graduated from Griffth University in 2010, he purchased his first Primescan and Primemill in 2020. He saw the benefits of increased production and efficiency while lowering overheads. He was also able to utilise the CEREC as a recruitment tool.
The integration of the technology led to a marked increase in turn-over to the point where he established a start-up practice in 2021 and purchased a second CEREC system. This start-up practice in an uncertain time recorded $1 Million in turnover in its first full financial year.
Dr Lingaiah has a strong passion for digital dentistry and implementation of the CEREC workflow. This has resulted in significant expansion of financial ROI.
